Party Request Form

Events are subject to manager approval and facility availability. Your event is NOT CONSIDERED APPROVED until you receive an email confirmation from a manager.

Requests must be submitted 2 weeks prior to requested date in order to accommodate staffing needs.

Event and Party Rules:

  • When the pool is open, parties are limited to 30 members and 20 non-members (guest fees apply).

  • For parties with over 30 attendees, a facilities fee of up to $200 may apply.

  • All parties must be held on the playfield (i.e., not on the pool deck). Attendees may use all facilities.

  • Parties may use up to three playfield picnic tables and may use the grills.

  • All parties are limited to a 3-hour timeslot.

  • Setup may begin 30 min before the party.

  • You must clean up after your guests.

  • All guests and party attendees must be signed in by event host.

Reminders for Guests new to BST:

  • Floatation devices and pool noodles are not permitted

  • All non-toilet trained children are required to wear a swim diaper AND rubber diaper cover under a swimsuit. These are available at the guard desk.

  • No glass is allowed anywhere on the premises. If found, it will be confiscated.
